The Coach Mentoring Group
The Coach Mentoring Group was founded by Margie Heiler and Vikki G. Brock, both Master Certified Coaches and Certified Executive Coaches, with the intent to provide mentoring and coaching to individuals, groups, and leaders positioned to make a difference in the quality of life and business within an organization.
Mentor coaching supports people entering into and/or actively practicing leadership or coaching at any level. Combining the principles of coaching and mentoring, it will serve as a "jump-start" for your coaching business or as ongoing support to keep you, your internal or external organization, and your leaders thriving.
We provide a dynamic and confidential environment for leaders to explore and discover who they are and what they want to accomplish. We emphasize authenticity, human growth and individual improvement as a basis for personal and organizational health and productivity. Through collaborative partnerships based on mutual respect, honesty, and trust, everyone is encouraged to be their best self as they contribute to the collective good as well as their own goals.
Margie has trained, mentored and coached well over a thousand coaches and leaders. In small businesses and large organizations, she has also trained and mentored managers and executives who desire to use more coaching skills and realize how valuable those skills are to their leadership development and the positive impact those skills have on those they influence.
She is a faculty member with Adler International Learning, a global coach training organization based in Toronto, Canada, with locations in the USA, Scandanavia and Turkey.
